When you win something but do not know what you won until it arrives.
I enter sweepstakes daily. I do not win too much but when I do win it gets me excited about spending so much time entering sweepstakes and playing instant win games.
My spiritual journey has brought me to a place of isolation and solitude.
I'm Autistic. Whenever I wait for a package to arrive, like I am currently doing, I find it difficult to do anything else. I opened my iTunes with the plan to listen to music earlier today and have not listened to a single song because I am focused on the arrival of a package that may or may not arrive today. I keep refreshing the tracking page on FedEx expecting it to say it has been delivered. Is that too much information?
Waiting.
Hours Passing.
Website refreshing,
Never changing.
Time flowing and I’m going nowhere.
Waiting for a package.
Waiting and constantly checking.
The status of the anticipated arrival never changes.
It’s on the way but what does that mean?
I have been waiting for the delivery of a package today. It is a prize that I won in a sweepstakes. I have no idea what the prize is because all I know is that I won a prize from the Little Caesar's Call of Duty Sweepstakes. I do not know which prize I won. The only reason I know that I won a prize is from the notification from FedEx that a package is scheduled for delivery today. It is still not here. I wonder if it will arrive today or not.
The two Goofy movies I ordered from Amazon arrived today.
I am cooking dinner. I'm uncertain what I will do tonight or tomorrow. I need to go to Whole Foods because I have a couple of coupons for free items. I am considering going tomorrow but I do not know because it could rain tomorrow.
