He walks down a path, barely a path, a path being reclaimed by the nature surrounding it. He walks at the bottom of a land of giants. Mountains rising all around. The place he walks is between these towering heights. A river rushes nearby barley contained within its banks. I have had a long day. I went to a few places today. He was expecting someone to be here, waiting, anticipating his arrival but the chairs are empty and the weeds are intruding into the room. I applied to a few job openings and had two strange phone calls from a group claiming to be in the US but somewhere like India. I think it was another scam, another case of fraud. I have two things to do tomorrow and one thing to do Sunday. It is hot.
