If companies want employees with a certain level of education then they should pay the cost of obtaining that education.

The wealthy have created a system that benefits them. The working people pay more taxes. The working people make less per hour than the wealthy but do all of the work. The working people rely on government programs which are paid for by taxes. The wealthy pay less, if any, in taxes.

What do you gain by sitting in a building once a week, listening to someone talk for an hour, trying to remain awake for the entire hour, trying to listen, and not having your mind get distracted by random thoughts?

The person speaking is paid. They shouldn't be paid. The money paid to these people should go to someone who works. If you want to preach that is fine, but don't make it a career.

Why do companies post internships as jobs? Why do companies list freelance work as a job? Why do companies pay so little but require you to have so many years of experience?

The companies want as much free work as possible. I do not understand why working for free is allowed. Experience is not compensation for work. Getting paid and benefits are compensation for work. Some benefits like health and dental should be a part of all employment.

If you want a freelance worker then you should post for each assignment instead of expecting someone to be available to freelance for you whenever you have a need. They hire people to work freelance because they do not want to adequately compensate them.

Companies want people with so many years of experience and training, but they do not want to pay for those years of experience and training. If it's an entry-level position or entry-level pay, you should be open to hiring someone with no experience.

Companies complain about not having educated workers but never offer to pay for the education they require. If you want employees with a certain amount of education you either have to pay for that education or compensate the person for that education in the form of higher pay.
