Empty streets,

sheets of paper

waiting for words,

rain falling down

as people gather around

inside to keep dry.


He sits motionless in the boat that rocks gently to and fro as the sun begins to peek about nearby treetops. The sounds of nature echo in surround sound around him as he watches the body beside the boat slowly sink beneath the surface and vanish to the depths below. Slow is the motion of his movements in these moments of uncertainty. He can hear the distant sirens knowing with certainty that his freedom is coming to an end.


I have applied to a couple of job openings so far today.

I am considering what I will do today.

I am considering what I will do with my life.

I am uncertain of everything...

 Saturday, November 05, 2022 I went to a few places today. I may have qualified for a new project for the social media company that was formerly working on projects at a couple of months ago when those other projects concluded. If I am able to work on that project it will not be more than a part-time gig to allow me to have a small amount of income each month. I applied to a few job openings today. I will continue to apply to job openings even though I have no hope of being hired... Friday, May 03, 2024 I had a strange dream this morning. A few of the actors from Modern Family were in my dream. I was thinking about some of my story ideas this morning and thought of creating video games based on these stories. When I was younger I had a blog where I would share bible verses and my thoughts daily. I had a following on that blog. I have no plans to do that again. Why is cottage cheese called cottage cheese? Is it really cheese? It doesn't look or taste like cheese. I hate the texture and flavor of cottage cheese. I had a few strange dreams. I woke up late. I mean that I woke up a few times before getting out of bed. I was tired. I do not know what I will do today or tomorrow. I have not looked at next week yet. There was a time years ago, when I was him and he rose.
