Sunday.

Days no longer mean much to me. Most days I do almost the same thing.

I have watched the livestream of First Baptist Greenville (SC) and I will watch Christ Chapel of the Valley livestream.

I have no room in my life for toxic people. I am not on Facebook as much as I was because Facebook is different. I only use it to find out about instant win games and sweepstakes. I also watch the live streams of Greenville Baptist and Christ Chapel of the Valley. There are too many people that are fake.

I hope that I will be successful with my writing today.

The times I feel okay are deceptive. I do not know how to change how I feel. Telling myself words to make myself feel better does not work. Receiving advice from someone about depression and they have no experience with depression is not the best source for advice.

I don't know what to do about my depression, anxiety and PTSD. I am seeking help but I wonder if anything will work.

I need something to make me want to do anything. At the moment I question why I do anything.
